What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Set up and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with infection control protocols. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans. Perform basic laboratory tasks such as making impressions and fabricating temporary crowns. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, organized workspaces Take digital X-rays and update patient records in our digital system Support front office as needed and be a key player in creating a smooth patient experience Who We're Looking For Florida Dental Assistant with radiography certification (Required) EFDA certification 1 year min experience working as a dental assistant Able to work Saturday's Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital workflows Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care A team player who wants to grow with a startup practice What We Offer Competitive pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and certifications Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends available Paid time off Employee discounts on dental care A supportive, fun, and collaborative team culture Interested?
