Responsibilities include:

Preparing treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assisting doctors during treatment and ensuring smooth clinical flow Sterilizing and organizing instruments according to infection control standards Accurately documenting treatment and patient information Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Supporting fellow team members and contributing to our positive office culture What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care More Than Just a Job At Smile Design Dental, we invest in our people.
