Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated orthodontic assistant to join our team. The orthodontic assistant will work closely with our orthodontist to provide support in delivering high-quality orthodontic care to our patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while helping to transform smiles and improve lives. This is a Full time position with hours ranging from 24-36 hours per week. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:45-4:15. Will need to commit to working at multiple locations ( Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres).

Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take dental x-rays Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care instructions Assist with orthodontic procedures such as Placing braces, adjusting wires, and placing orthodontic appliances Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred X-ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience with orthodontic software preferred Bi-Lingual ( English/Spanish) preferred Opportunities for advancement within the practice If you are passionate about orthodontic care and are looking to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
