Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and supporting our dental team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.
Duties Clinical Support:
Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort.
Sterilization:
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with strict infection control protocols.
Patient Vitals:
Take and record vital signs as needed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Records Management:
Manage patient records using dental software (Eaglesoft) while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including staying past scheduled hours if required by patient volume or treatment needs.
Reliability:
Must have reliable personal transportation to ensure consistent attendance at our Doral location
Experience Experience Level:

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with iTero scanning and Romexis software (Panoramic and CBCT) is a plus.
Software:
Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software is preferred.
Compliance:
Comprehensive knowledge of infection control procedures and HIPAA compliance is essential.
Pediatrics:
Experience in pediatric dentistry is advantageous but not required.
Soft Skills:
