Job Description
Join our growing team today! Orthodontic Practice looking for a full time Front Desk Coordinator and Assistant Office Manager. Hours are from 8:30 to 6:30 depending on the day and schedule. Will include traveling to our West Davie location 2 times per month. May include occasional Saturdays and marketing events 2-3 times per year. Experience is preferred, but not required. Job duties include:
Patient scheduling & confirming and other front desk duties Communicating with outside dental offices Accepting patient payments Providing a positive patient experience Verifying insurance benefits Taking new patient phone calls Managing accounts receivables (Must be comfortable discussing finances with patients.) Managing Office Personnel Managing Patient Accounts and Communicating with Patients and Parents Managing Office Schedule Inputting Orthodontic Contracts Treatment Coordinating as needing Marketing tasks in and out of officePay:
