Job Description

We are a family-owned dental office in Naples, FL, proudly serving our community for the past two years. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our expanding team. Job Summary Join our supportive and energetic dental team as a Dental Assistant, where you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting daily clinical operations. In this rewarding position, you will assist the doctor during procedures, help maintain efficient patient flow, and contribute to a welcoming environment that keeps our patients comfortable and smiling. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Provide patients with post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records using dental software, preferably Open Dental Follow strict infection control protocols and comply with HIPAA regulations Support front office tasks when needed, including scheduling and patient communication Assist with pediatric patients and help create a calm, positive experience Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations Qualifications Certified Dental Assistant required — applicants without a current Dental Assistant certification will not be considered Dental Assistant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Dental Radiology Certification required in Florida Fluent English speaking skills required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required Familiarity with dental software, preferably Open Dental Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
