Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant/Front Desk Floater to join our busy dental practice. This role is ideal for a versatile team player who is confident in both front office and clinical assisting. The position focuses on supporting front office skills while also assisting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office as a Front Desk or Dental Assistant. Ability to manage multiple phone lines and high call volume Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and support clinical flow Strong communication skills and professionalism Reliable, punctual, and responsible Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Support clinical team with chairside assisting, operatory setup, and sterilization. Handle insurance verification, billing, and treatment plan presentation Serve as a point person for front desk staff and patient communication Ensure excellent patient experience from check-in to check-out Take x-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule:

Pay:
$20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
