We are looking for experienced assistant to join our growing General Dentistry team for the long term. Unlike the corporate environment, our office is fair paced and focused on excellent patient care and experience. Our office uses iTero scanning for Invisalign and CEREC PrimeScan + PrimeMill for same-day restorations. We are looking for someone with strong general dentistry skills, attention to detail, pride in their work, and excellent communication skills. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting for general dentistry, restorative procedures, root canals, and oral surgery Assist with digital scanning (iTero and PrimeScan) - knowledge is a plus Support same-day crown workflow (PrimeMill) - knowledge is a plus Operatory setup/breakdown, sterilization, and infection control Maintain accurate patient records and follow HIPAA guidelines Work efficiently while supporting a positive patient experience

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Scanning experience (iTero/CEREC) is a plus Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and office protocols Attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow
