Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting the orthodontist during procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental clinic operations, proficiency in four-handed dentistry, and familiarity with various dental technologies. Must know orthodontic procedures such as:
  • Placing braces
  • Chainging wires
  • Taking impressions
  • Invisalign attachments
  • Assisting in orthodontic procedures Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and equipment. Take X-rays and perform medical imaging as required for patient assessments. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix.
