Looking for an Experienced Dental Assistant in Port St. Lucie, FL, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our dynamic dental team and enhance our patients' experiences.Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure efficient patient care. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with safety protocols. Manage patient records and maintain accurate dental charts. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries with a friendly demeanor. Perform radiographic imaging and ensure proper film processing. Assist in inventory management and ordering dental supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient comfort. Can make temp crowns Surgery and implant experience a plus Experienced with variety of general dentistry procedures, set ups, and workflowRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role. Proficient in dental software and radiology techniques. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety regulations. Current CPR certification is a must. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for dental care.About Us:
