Job Description

Join Our Growing Dental Team! Dental Assistant - Full Time | Lake Nona / St. Cloud Area We are a well-established, patient-focused dental office serving the Lake Nona and St. Cloud communities. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team!
What We Offer:
Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Typical workweek: 4 days/week, 8-9 hour shifts Saturday availability required 2 times per month Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Medical benefits 401(k) with employer matching Uniforms provided Supportive and professional work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Open availability, with flexibility for Saturday schedules Must be proficient in English (verbal and written) Strong communication and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and escort them to exam rooms Prepare patients for procedures Assist the dentist during all types of procedures Take dental impressions Perform CEREC scanning and design in-office restorations Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Conduct iTero scanning (preferred) Support implant procedures (preferred) Assist with orthodontic/Invisalign treatments (preferred) Use Eaglesoft software (preferred) If you're passionate about delivering excellence in patient care and want to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!
