We are a modern family dental office that values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping people feel comfortable and cared for. Whether you're an experienced assistant or a newer assistant eager to grow, we value personality, coachability, and kindness just as much as experience. Responsibilities Assist doctors during a variety of dental procedures while providing excellent patient care and support Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are properly set up for procedures Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and patient documentation Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols Help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients Educate patients and answer questions to help them feel informed and at ease Assist with maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day Work collaboratively with our team to support an efficient and positive office environment Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Passion for providing excellent patient care What We Offer Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth and learning Positive office culture Competitive compensation based on experience
