Petersburg, FL | Fee-for-Service Cosmetic Practice Our well-established, private fee-for-service dental practice in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / Front Office team member to join our close-knit team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-end, patient-focused environment where quality care and long-term relationships are the priority. Our practice has served the community for over 35 years, with many patients returning for 15+ years. We pride ourselves on a calm, organized environment, low patient volume, and a strong, supportive team culture with minimal turnover. Schedule Full-time Monday
  • Wednesday:
    7:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday:
6:30 AM
  • 2:00 PM (no lunch) One half day per month on Friday (administrative) Duties & Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during general and cosmetic procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Take dental radiographs using Dexis Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment Support front office operations including scheduling, patient communication, and coordination Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience Dental Assistant certification required Experience in a general or cosmetic dental practice preferred Strong chairside skills and attention to detail Willingness to support both clinical and front office duties Experience with PracticeWorks (preferred) Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused mindset Pay & Compensation $21•30 per hour (based on experience) 401(k) Dental benefits Paid time off Uniform allowance This is a rare opportunity to join a high-end, single-doctor practice that values long-term team members, advanced technology, and a positive, low-stress work environment.
