Dental Assistant - Modern Private Dental Office (Wesley Chapel) Diamond Smiles Dentistry is a brand-new privately owned dental office opening soon in Wesley Chapel, and we're looking for a positive, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a modern private practice from the beginning and grow alongside the office long-term. We are not a corporate dental office. Our goal is to create a positive environment for both patients and team members, with a strong focus on quality care, teamwork, and long-term growth. Responsibilities Chairside assisting Taking digital X-rays Sterilization and operatory setup Assisting with patient flow Helping create an excellent patient experience Supporting team operations when needed Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Private practice experience preferred X-ray certification required Strong communication and organizational skills PPO office experience is a plus Experience with modern dental software is a plus (we use Archy, which is very user-friendly) Compensation $20-28/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
