Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

• MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM WELL UNDER FAST PACED AND DEMANDING ATMOSPHERE AS THIS IS PRACTICE IS VERY BUSY ON A DAILY BASIS

• Assist the dentist during all types of dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment efficiently
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Perform dental charting and maintain accurate medical documentation
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment
• Provide patient assessment and support during dental treatments

Requirements:

MUST HAVE EXPERT LEVEL EXPERIENCE WITH

Intraoral scanning for ALL implant and non-implant restoration cases!

Ability to multitask and work in a

FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT!

• Dental assisting certification or relevant experience
• Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures
• Knowledge of dental anatomy and systems
• Ability to take accurate dental x-rays
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients of all ages
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
