We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and wants to be part of a practice that values both excellence and work-life balance. This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week —because we believe great dentistry and a great life should coexist. What makes our office different Full-time schedule with only 4 working days per week Private practice environment (not corporate) Supportive, positive, team-first culture Established patient following and strong community reputation Modern clinical environment focused on quality care Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and teammates What you'll do Assist the doctor during clinical procedures with efficiency and professionalism Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical organization Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate records Support sterilization and infection control protocols Educate patients and help create a comfortable environment Scan patients and make temporary crowns.
