Hours are Monday through Thurs 8-5. We offer employees PTO (2 weeks) and paid holidays as a benefit. Looking for an assistant with a minimum of 3 years experience. We use Open Dental/Dexis for our dental and imaging software. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Looking for a candidate with good chair-side manner and leadership qualities who is a team player; experienced in fabricating temporaries and taking conventional impressions. Experience with digital scanner a plus. Procedures in-office are mainly crown and bridge, composite restorations, removable, restoring implants, and endo. Responsibilities include assisting chairside, setting up/breaking down rooms, running sterilization, and infection control. Organization is a must. Qualifications CPR Certification required Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. A positive attitude towards assisting patients and contributing to their overall experience at the clinic. A positive attitude towards fellow staff members.
