What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills & Experience ✔️ Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (or willingness to obtain certification). ✔️ Experience with chairside assisting for general procedures (or willingness to learn). ✔️ Proficiency with digital dental technology and dental charting. ✔️ Familiarity with infection control and sterilization protocols. ✔️ Experience with dental software ( Dentrix experience preferred). Soft Skills & Professionalism ✔️ Strong commitment to patient care and comfort. ✔️ Ability to build rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment. ✔️ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. ✔️ Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude. ✔️ Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
