What You'll Do As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a critical role in helping our team deliver efficient, high-quality care while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the doctor during restorative and general dental procedures Preparing treatment rooms and patients for care Taking and processing digital dental radiographs Maintaining proper sterilization and infection control protocols Educating patients on treatment recommendations and oral health Managing instruments, supplies, and clinical inventory Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation Supporting a smooth and efficient clinical workflow Collaborating with teammates to create an exceptional patient experience Who Will Thrive in This Role The ideal candidate: Has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience Is proficient with Dentrix software Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills Is highly organized and detail-oriented Takes initiative and can anticipate the doctor's needs Works well in a fast-paced environment Maintains a positive, team-first attitude Is committed to providing excellent patient care Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Dentrix experience Current CPR certification Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience in a busy general dentistry practice Strong understanding of restorative dental procedures Digital radiography experience What We Offer Competitive pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) No nights or weekends 401(k) with company match Dental benefits Paid time off Sick leave Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment Why Join SmilePro Dental Gallery?
