What You'll Do As our Dental Assistant, you will be a vital part of our clinical team, ensuring seamless patient flow and providing top-notch chairside support during dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide efficient, comforting chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures. Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral impressions. Greet patients, review health histories, and help them feel relaxed and comfortable. Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and manage clinical supplies. Collaborate closely with both front-office and back-office teams for a smooth patient flow.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (Required).

Education:

Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent formal training.

Certifications:

Active state dental assisting certifications/X-ray license and CPR certification.

Skills:

Proficient in four-handed dentistry, strong communication, and familiarity with dental software (Dentrix preferred).
