Job Description

Lead Dental Assistant Come lead the flow, elevate the patient experience, and bring great energy to a modern dental office that actually loves what we do. We're looking for a confident, organized, people-first Lead Dental Assistant who can keep the day running smoothly while creating an experience patients genuinely enjoy. If you're the kind of person who can anticipate what the doctor needs, keep the team on track, and still make patients feel calm and cared for — we want to meet you. We're a fast-paced, growth-minded office using Open Dental, and we're building a team culture that feels supportive, positive, and drama-free. What You'll Do Lead and support the clinical assistant team Assist chairside during a variety of dental procedures Keep rooms clean, stocked, and running efficiently Manage patient flow and help maintain an on-time schedule Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Support sterilization and OSHA compliance Train and mentor newer assistants Work closely with front office + doctors to create a seamless patient experience Help us keep the vibe professional, welcoming, and high-energy What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience required Leadership or lead DA experience preferred Experience with Open Dental strongly preferred Strong communication and organization skills Positive attitude and team mentality Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving Perks Competitive pay Supportive team culture Growth opportunities Modern technology + systems No toxic office energy Patients who love coming here (seriously) The Energy We want someone who's confident but kind, organized but adaptable, and who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
