Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and become a vital part of providing exceptional oral healthcare! In this energetic role, you will support dentists during patient procedures, ensure smooth clinic operations, and deliver outstanding patient care. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional setting dedicated to improving smiles and promoting oral health. Duties Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry in a very fast-paced environment. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up necessary supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly. Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced imaging technology such as 3D scanners while maintaining strict infection control protocols. Manage patient records efficiently using Dentrix, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support patients by explaining procedures clearly using dental terminology, explaining and presenting treatment plans and addressing their questions to foster comfort and trust. Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate would have knowledge of dental procedures and have experience in taking radiographs and completing intraoral scans for procedures such as crowns, bridges, dentures and partials. Training is available for the right candidate Pay will be based on experience.
