Position Overview:
The Dental Hygiene Assistant plays a key role in creating a welcoming and impactful patient experience while supporting clinical flow as needed. This position of hygiene assisting helps to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both patients and the team.
Responsibilities :
Hygiene Assistant Duties:
Assist hygienists with operatory setup and breakdown Prepare rooms and instruments for patient care Escort patients to and from treatment areas Support hygienists during procedures as needed Maintain cleanliness and sterilization protocols Help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day
Additional Expectations:
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude Be adaptable to the needs of the office and patient care flow Provide excellent customer service at all times Support both clinical teams as needed Bilingual abilities highly desired - it helps us serve our community even better!
