Role:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic dental assistant to support our pediatric dental team. This role combines clinical duties with light front office responsibilities, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during procedures Take and process dental radiographs Perform accurate dental charting Prepare operatories for patient visits Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe environment Review care instructions with parents and guardians Assist with inventory management and supply stocking Handle light front office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Proficiency in dental radiography Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient demeanor with children Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for charting and office tasks
