Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic dental team as a registered dental assistant, where your enthusiasm and expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. In this vital role, you will support Dr. Crawford during endodontic procedures, manage patient comfort, and ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Assist dentist during endodontic procedures, ensuring all tools and materials are prepared efficiently. Perform chairside assisting with precision, including taking digital X-rays. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to safeguard patient and staff health while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Support the dental reception area by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and updating medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards. Ensure the clinical environment remains organized and sterile by following infection control procedures and maintaining proper sterilization of instruments. Experience Previous experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred. Registered or certified as a dental assistant. Knowledge of dental terminology. Hands-on experience with X-ray techniques. Demonstrated understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques ensures compliance with safety standards. Strong communication skills as a dental receptionist or in patient interaction roles help foster positive relationships with patients and team members alike. Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
