Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentists during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
Duties:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Take X-rays of patients' teeth
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment
Skills:
- The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in X-Ray procedures
- Experience in dental assisting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to maintain detailed records
