Job Description

As Iowa's top Invisalign provider and one of the top 1% of Invisalign providers nationwide, our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while staying at the forefront of orthodontic technology. We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team and work alongside Dr. Mergen. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as you will play a key role in helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience from the moment patients arrive Assist in creating a positive and comfortable new patient experience Capture patient records including 3D digital scans, photographs, and radiographs Assist Dr. Mergen in providing advanced Invisalign orthodontic treatment Educate and guide patients through their Invisalign treatment and oral care Support and motivate patients throughout their orthodontic journey Prepare clinical trays, instruments, and maintain sterilization protocols Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and team members Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently Participate in cross-training throughout all areas of the practice to support overall team success

$44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
