Job Description

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Growing general dental practice seeking a friendly, upbeat, motivated team player for a position as a clinical assistant. We are looking for a positive individual with a strong work ethic whose primary responsibility is chairside assisting and treatment of our patients. The position requires great verbal skills, attention to detail, and great customer service skills. A previous dental background is required. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Setup and breakdown operatory post treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health Perform various office tasks Scheduling patients Ordering supplies Complete recalls for patients Explaining treatment plans for patients Submitting pre-authorizations for insurance
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
