Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Dental Assistant to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Marshalltown, Iowa ! The team in Marshalltown is expanding and looking to add a new DA to work alongside a new Dentist starting in June 2026. What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Role Details:

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Provider team includes : 2 Dentists with 2:1 DA to Dentist ratio

Ochin Epic Eligible for $2000 sign-on bonus ($500 at hire, $500 at 6 months, & $1000 at 1 year)

Competitive Salary :

$19.00-27.98 per hour ($20.55-30.86 per hour for Expanded Functions)
