  • $23 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Administrative experience Medical administrative support Dental office experience Full Job Description Davidson Family Dentistry in Urbandale is looking to add a bilingual Dental Office Business Assistant (specifically Spanish-speaking).
Position will require 34-40 hours per week. The dental office coordinator is a skilled member of the dental team and is an integral part of providing quality healthcare to patients.
Business assistant duties include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Greet and introduce patients to the dental practice
  • Provide assistance in the office with patient flow, checking in and checking out
  • Manage patient records, verifying appointments and insurance plans Successful candidates are:
  • Compassionate and conscientious
  • Time efficient/multitaskers
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; respond to general emails and inquiries.
Knowledge of dental software systems, dental insurance, and dental terminology are a huge plus, but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person.
