FULL TIME DENTAL ASSISTANT!

We are a privately owned 2-doctor practice near the heart of Boise. Our office has been open for 20+ years and has a very loyal patient base where we have multiple generations of families that come see us! We are passionate about quality patient care and working as a cohesive in-office team. We are looking for an experienced dental assistant who is proactive and a good multitasker. This assistant will have responsibilities such as: assisting the doctor, capturing images, polishing, sterilization maintenance, periodontal charting, etc. Compensation is competitive for rates in the Treasure Valley and BOE (based on experience). Full-time employees are eligible for dental care, medical insurance, and selective holiday pay after 90 days of employment. We also have a profit sharing

BONUS PROGRAM

that pays monthly as goals are met. PTO and 401K contribution is available after a year. Our practice just completed expanding our building by adding 4 operatories and are hoping to add another provider in the near future. We are steadily growing and want somebody that will grow with us!
