We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Chairside Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping patients achieve their best smile. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital photographs, impressions, scans, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations Place and remove orthodontic appliances under the direction of the orthodontist Provide patient education regarding oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Manage inventory and clinical supplies as needed Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and families
QualificationsRequired:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable and team-oriented
Preferred:
Orthodontic assisting experience Experience with digital scanners and orthodontic software Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Typical schedule: 8am-5pm Why Join Our Team?
