Non-exempt employee, up to 24 hrs. per week Role Summary The Dental Assistant helps with the successful operation of the Genesis Dental Clinic. Duties and Responsibilities Assist chairside on all procedures, including obtaining digital x-rays Chart patient information Work with and adjust to the needs of various dentists and dental professionals Set up and break down dental rooms, including maintaining equipment and supplies Comply with OSHA guidelines to complete sterilization procedures Minimum Qualifications A committed Christian, demonstrating a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ At least one year working in a dental office, using dental software Availability to work clinic hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday Compassion for those facing economic hardship A self-motivated person able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision
