Be a part of our team and help shape a workplace that values professionalism, collaboration, and patient-first service. rivervillagedental.com Job Description We're seeking a Dental Assistant who is is dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a new practice. Previous dental experience and skills listed under job responsibilities are a plus but not required and can be taught. Responsibilities Chairside assist the dentist with clinical procedures Take high-quality dental x-rays Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Track supply inventory to keep rooms stocked Track incoming and outgoing lab cases Take digital and analog impressions Fabricate temporary restorations Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation on Dentrix Ascend Ensure patient comfort and build positive relationships Compliance with infection and hazard control protocols per OSHA and CDC guidelines Support front desk operations as needed (scheduling, calling, patient check-in/out) Maintain BLS certification Qualifications Proficiency taking radiographs Proficiency running and maintaining the sterilization center Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on skillset) Paid time off Continuing education opportunities Schedule Part-time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Work days/hours expected to expand to full-time as our practice grows Start Date Target start date: mid-
