Job Description

If you've ever sat through a "team meeting" that was really just someone venting for an hour, or you've been the one assistant trying to keep a packed schedule moving while everyone else seems to be winging it, we want to talk to you. The Practice Brush Pediatric Dentistry is one of the most respected pediatric practices in the Chicago area, with locations in Hinsdale and Downers Grove. We're led by Dr. Mira Albert, a National Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Dr. Maggie Rizzo, who runs our Downers Grove team. We're growing, and we need someone who already knows what they're doing. The Job We see 40+ kids a day, and we need someone who can keep that pace without losing their cool or cutting corners. Someone who can read a nervous five-year-old before they even sit in the chair, who's done this enough times that "tell-show-do" isn't a phrase you have to think about, and who can jump into four-handed dentistry without a warmup lap. What We Need From You At least a year of chairside experience , ideally in a pediatric office. Coronal polishing certification is a must. Sealant and nitrous oxide monitoring certifications are a big plus. Dentrix Ascend experience helps too, but we can work around that if everything else lines up. The Promise If you're leaving your current job because you feel like a pair of hands instead of a person with real skills, we get it, and we promise this is different. You'll have a mentor as you start and a real path toward becoming the go-to expert on your team. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Good music, bad jokes, and a team that actually likes each other — that's the vibe.
