Dental Assistant Job Description:

Providing and facilitating excellent patient care for children (0-18 y/o) including: Preparing patient rooms before and after patient care Intraoral pictures and digital x-rays Coronal polishing and scaling (pending certifications and experience) Chair-side assistance and hands-on support for dentists Communicating with and educating parents of children Prevention presentation Treatment plan presentation Managing and organizing facilities appropriate for patient care Attend and participate in team meetings and events
