Our current assistants have been trained in doing: Blood draws Starting IVs for IV Sedation Assisting with implants and full mouth implants ACLS/Emergency training 3D printing temporary bridges Our family dental practice is looking for a friendly, outgoing, skilled, team-oriented dental assistant. Emphasis is placed on comprehensive care and customer service. Our office currently has 2 receptionists and 2 dental assistants and we are looking for a skilled dental assistant to add to our team
HOURS AVAILABLE
(15-32 hours/week):
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays:
9:30am-6:30pm
Wednesdays:
9:30am-4pm Required Exceptional English speaking skills needed Great communication skills and personality Team player Must be comfortable/job duties: Taking digital X-rays including FMX Making temporary crowns Four-handed assisting for all general dentistry procedures Comfortable using computers Providing pre
  • and post-op instructions to patients after procedures Occasionally answering phones and scheduling appointments
Compensation:
Hourly compensation based on experience and how many days you can work. $26-32/hr based on experience and days available ( Higher pay for who is cross-trained to help at the front desk) Paid-Time-Off hours available immediately (1 hour PTO accrued for every 40 hours worked) Paid Vacation after 3 months of employment (6 paid holidays) Simple IRA matching after 1 year of employment (3% match) $750 Bonus after 1 year of employment Another $1,500 Bonus after 2 years of employment
