Great qualities for the candidate will be good communication skills with patient/customer friendly approach and general positive nature. This position also offers an exciting opportunity grow your skills, knowledge and dental career along with the pay reflecting your growth. This position also needs the candidate to be able to do English and Spanish translation in reasonably accurate and patient friendly manner. This position offers potential track for team leader position depending on the candidates goals and ability to learn. Responsibilities Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry, ensuring efficient and comfortable patient care. Training the assistant is available from the doctor in the areas where needed. Present treatment plans to patients with good communication. This responsibility will utilize the communication skills and basic knowledge of dentistry and dental insurances by the candidate. Training the assistant is available from the doctor in the areas where needed. General maintenance of the office including clinical supplies, cleanliness in organized manner. Schedule or walk out patients and treatment procedures, enter chart notes. Positive qualities for this position
Bilingual :
English/Spanish Good communication skills Basic knowledge of dentistry Ability to be a team player (Follow instructions when important for the teamwork and communicate any insights in respectful and constructive manner) Some knowledge of dentistry and experience in dentistry is beneficial for this position. However, previous experience as dental manager or team leader is not mandatory.
