This is a great opportunity for someone who is career-minded and interested in growing in the dental or healthcare field. Prior dental experience is helpful, but no experience is required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who is punctual, dependable, a fast learner, and a strong team player. The position includes a mix of front desk and clinical support duties, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with patients, and helping wherever needed.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls from new and existing patients Scheduling appointments and managing patient information Checking patients in and out Collecting and entering patient data accurately Helping with patient communication and customer service Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clean clinical areas Assisting the dentist and clinical team as needed Supporting the office with general administrative and clinical tasks Ideal candidate: Reliable, punctual, and professional Friendly and comfortable speaking with patients Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask in a busy dental office Fast learner with a positive attitude Willing to help both at the front desk and in the back office Dental terminology or dental office experience is a plus Eaglesoft experience is a plus Spanish-speaking applicants are highly encouraged to apply
Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience. Hours may be negotiable for the right candidate. The position is available immediately. Please submit your resume for consideration.
