Role:

Join Hoffman Smiles as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and be a vital part of our dedicated team in Hoffman Estates, IL. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled professional to help us provide exceptional dental care and create a welcoming environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe environment. Take dental radiographs (X-rays). Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment and post-treatment care. Manage patient records and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and assist in ordering when necessary. Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns and questions. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Open to learn from lead assitant and get cross trained.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental assisting role preferred. Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team Player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in dental software and radiography. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
