Cater Dental is a family-owned, patient-focused practice in Lombard, IL, combining years of experience with modern dental technology. We're looking for a motivated, positive team member to join our busy, friendly office where we take pride in excellent care and treating our team like family.

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule patients and manage front desk flow Assist with patient communication Maintain a clean and organized work environment Verify insurance and assist with collections Assist chairside during procedures Take digital x-rays and CBCTs Operate Trios 5 intraoral scanner Sterilize instruments and operatories Use dental software (Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus)

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Willing to learn, training provided 1+ year dental experience preferred but not required (front desk or assisting)
