Your Impact in This Role This is not a fill-in or support-only position. You'll be a key part of the clinical experience and patient relationships that define our practice—supporting efficient, high-quality care while helping create a calm, personalized experience for every patient. This role is primarily chairside, with the opportunity to cross-train into front office support when needed—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their skillset over time. What You'll Do

• Assist chairside with efficiency, organization, and total patient comfort
• Anticipate doctor needs to keep clinical flow smooth and seamless
• Create a calm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out
• Support systems that reflect our standards for excellence and consistency
• Step into front office support as needed (scheduling, phones, patient flow) The Ideal Candidate

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
