Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Experienced Dental Assistant We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality patient care. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled and experienced but also eager to continue growing, learning, and advancing their career in dentistry.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols Take digital impressions and scans using iTero and TRIOS scanners Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative care Set up and break down operatories efficiently Manage clinical workflow and support a positive patient experience
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Proficient with Open Dental software Experience with: Invisalign treatment Single implant procedures All-on-X implant procedures Sedation Root canal therapy Crown and bridge preparation procedures Basic restorative setups Certified in: Coronal polishing Sealant application Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy practice A willingness to learn new technologies, techniques, and procedures
