Key Orthodontic Assistant Responsibilities:

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care, education, and ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic.

That includes:

Taking X-Rays and photos Intraoral Scanning Assisting Orthodontist during bonding and debonding procedures Place and remove wires Sterilization of instruments and clinical areas Document daily treatment Communicate instructions to patients clearly and effectively

The Ideal Candidate:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in orthodontic assisting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation, aiming to exceed patient expectations Proficient in time management and organization Collaborative team player Quick and continues learner with a positive mindset Commitment to long-term growth with the company

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) Paid holidays and Personal Time Off (Vacation). 401K and 401K Employer Matching. Health Insurance. Discounted Orthodontic Treatment.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday (OFF EVERY Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Part-time or Full-time available. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm) Tuesdays (8:30 am - 5 PM) available for full-time positions and training/onboarding of new part-time team members
