Bilingual Dental receptionist / Assistant Vida Dental - 5.0 Schaumburg, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $26 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Customer communication English Full Job Description Bilingual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant (English/Spanish Required) Vida Dental is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Bilingual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service from check-in through check-out Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient daily schedule Verify insurance benefits and accurately update patient information Assist the dentist during clinical procedures Prepare, clean, and disinfect treatment rooms between patients Take and process dental X-rays Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols Support both front office and clinical operations as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Previous dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Pay:
$18.00 - $26.00 per hour
