Dental Assistant

We're looking for a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant & Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing PPO dental practice. This unique role offers the opportunity to alternate between clinical and administrative duties, depending on the needs of the day.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting for fillings, extractions, deep cleanings, crowns, bridges, and implants Proper room setup and breakdown for all procedures Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule appointments Present treatment plans confidently and clearly Collect payments and manage patient accounts Conduct insurance verification and follow up Maintain and work recall lists to ensure consistent patient care

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working in a PPO dental office Must be fully cross-trained and comfortable switching between back and front office Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and patient management Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, upbeat personality and a passion for dentistry Ability to work flexible hours and mandatory Saturdays Why Join Us?
