Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with orthodontic procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Duties

• Assist orthodontists during procedures such as adjustments, fittings, and installations
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Record patient medical histories and vital signs
• Provide chairside assistance to orthodontists
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and care of orthodontic appliances
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment following aseptic techniques
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records Experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
• Experience in a dental clinic setting, particularly in prosthodontics or orthodontics
• Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
• Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
• Ability to perform basic medical imaging procedures like x-rays
