Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to the doctor during a wide range of procedures (restorative, surgical, orthodontic, endodontic) Capture and review digital x-rays and intra/extraoral photographs with patients Take digital impressions using the latest scanning technology Maintain a sterile and organized environment, following OSHA and infection control protocols Track and manage lab cases and ensure timely delivery for patient appointments Assist with inventory control and ordering dental supplies Support treatment plan presentations and patient education Deliver 5-star patient experiences by creating a warm, welcoming environment Collaborate with the team to improve processes, communication, and workflows Participate in continuing education and practice-wide initiatives for clinical and personal development

We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant (required) Current X-ray certification (Required) Strong organizational and communication skills A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality care environment A proactive problem solver who's not afraid to think outside the box Someone who's committed to integrity, personal growth, and making a difference

Bonus Points For:
