Position:

Dental Hygiene Assistant Lebanon, Indiana Full-Time What You'll Do Assist hygienists during patient care Take radiographs and intraoral photos Perform coronal polishing and fluoride application (preferred) Prepare and disinfect operatories Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance Help create an exceptional patient experience Support assisted hygiene workflow and team efficiency What We're Looking For ✔ Positive attitude and team mentality ✔ Strong communication and patient engagement skills ✔ Indiana Radiology License/Permit required ✔ Coronal Polishing certification preferred ✔ Organized, dependable, and eager to learn ✔ Dental experience preferred, but personality matters most Why Join Cartwright Dental? ✨ Modern private practice environment ✨ Supportive and respectful team culture ✨ Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities ✨ Advanced technology and systems ✨ Patients who value quality care and relationships
