Job Description

We are a modern, patient-focused orthodontic practice in Northwest Indiana looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Previous orthodontic or dental experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person if you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a desire to learn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in healthcare and orthodontics. Full time and part time positions open.
Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment Prepare treatment areas and instruments Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays (if licensed/certified) Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Help create a positive, welcoming experience for patients and families Work closely with team members to keep the office running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Ability to multitask and work in a team environment Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Customer service experience is a plus
